Why do we do it?
Quicksmart Homes was started in 2007 by Tom Lane to provide an
alternative to low quality mass housing and student accommodation.
The original domestic designs for one and two bedroom dwellings
were soon superseded by customer requests for multi-storey
buildings in the student hotel and mining sectors.
Quicksmart Homes main driver and company culture is to design
build and deliver better places to live.
Our desire to produce the highest quality products to meet
customer's needs and expectations has led to Quicksmart Homes being
the leader in it's field in Australia and probably the world.
What makes us the right choice?
The validation of our successful products is eveident in the
fact that all of our customers have come back to buy more. In the
student and medical markets, two world leading organisations have
bought the system more than once. We must be getting close to
something they like!

Who are we?
From construction trade and management, heavy lifting and
transportation, interior design and high quality manufacturing, as
well as our external professional consultants for fire and
structural engineering, Quicksmart Homes design and develops their
technology internally to meet customer's requirements.
All project schemes and designs under go a rigorous process of
application, functionality and deliverability. Our team have vast
experience in construction and modular construction and are the
leaders in their fields and produce products and technology that is
faster, cheaper and, most importantly, the highest quality.
