Quicksmart Homes have developed a revolutionary layout to allow
serviced apartments or community housing to reduce build times and
dramatically reduce costs.
Using our experience in student housing design Quicksmart has
been able to increase usable space, create outdoor access to
multiple configurations of apartments and also allow building
owners to offer more options to tennants or customers.
Quicksmart are currently negotiating the first of four major
projects in Australia and are using the model to develop sites in
New Zealand.
