The 80 room 3 storey hotel is bringing high quality hotel
accommodation to a busy industrial town and is part of a 5 hotel
roll out for Northern New South Wales. Quicksmart Homes are
bringing the highest quality ensuite rooms between 18-21sqm in size
to site fully fitted out, clad and ready to complete on site.
Quicksmart Homes have used their very successful hospital
chassis design and their production techniques used to provide
medical grade finishes to give hotel operators with low
maintenance, cost efficient developments. The modules arrive with
ensuites complete, floor finishes in place and joinery, fixtures
and some fittings all fitted in place. Fire sprinkler provisions
and mechanical plant are also installed to the customer and site
requirements.
Quicksmart Homes are currently working on designs for the
subsequent developments that will be coming to site in Q2/2012. The
sites range from 9 storey inner city locations to 3 storey regional
town outskirts. All the modules and rooms are designed to use
maximum Australian product content and are fitted out to meet the
major hotel operator brand specifications.
