The first of the hybrid roll outs starts in the new year with 20
plots being built out for sale in Q1/2012.

for installation and delivery the average price of houses built by
Quicksmart Homes is 20% less than a conventional build whilst not
losing the design flexibility of traditional housing
development.
The houses are targeted at the first home buyer market and shall
be competitively priced to pass on the savings Quicksmart are alble
to offer in construction to the end user and buyer.
These houses wil be marketed through our partner channels and
more information will be made available at the end of January 2012
with regards to locations, site pricing and timescale
avaiability.
