A bespoke modular solution: we meet with clients to assist them with their desired internal and external specification (including furnishings where required). Designs are produced and priced in-house. Thereafter we liaise with external agents where necessary to ensure compliance with engineering, fire and safety requirements.
Factory production to Australian Standard quality as standard: we have a dedicated production facility where each unit and its internal fit-out is made to our client's individual specification. Notwithstanding the bespoke nature of our product, Quicksmart modules call upon large scale manufacturing techniques to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Quicksmart’s Construction Manager and Production Manager are in our factory throughout to oversee the production process and monitor every stage to ensure consistent excellent quality.
Global delivery: our modules can be delivered from factory to any destination in the world by road, rail or sea. Our technology is designed to exploit efficient forms of transport but is flexible enough to take advantage of any available delivery requirement.
Erection and finishing on site: we liaise with our clients' main contractor to ensure that the site is ready for our units. We supervise the off-loading and lifting of our modules. We assist the contractor where required with zip up and cladding.
Volumes and design tips: the more you put in the box the cheaper it gets. Sounds a bit unconventional, but modular building is about factory production leveraging site efficiency. The more you put in the module the less there is to do on site. Scale also plays a major part in cost effectiveness; Quicksmart's minimum orders are between 100-150 modules.
